Description
Aivar is fantastic with eggs — try it spooned over poached eggs on toast, stirred through scrambled eggs, or served with eggy bread and crumbled feta.
It also pairs beautifully with cheese. Spread it under grilled cheese on toast, add it to a halloumi salad, or serve alongside griddled aubergines with feta. It even makes a great addition to a cheese board.
Aivar is wonderful with meat too. Try it with griddled chicken topped with melted cheese and crispy bacon for a deliciously smoky, savoury finish.
