The Bruschetta Original seasoning mix is a blend of dried herbs, tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. It’s perfect for sprinkling on toasted bread or ciabatta, but it also adds great flavour to pasta sauces, herb butters, and marinades.
Bruschetta, a traditional Italian appetizer from central Italy, typically served on a slice of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil, often topped with sliced tomatoes. Our Bruschetta seasoning mix is incredibly versatile, allowing you to add an authentic Italian touch to countless dishes.
Easy to prepare: simply soak two tablespoons of the Bruschetta Mix in four tablespoons of hot water. After five minutes, stir in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and it’s ready to use!
You can enjoy Bruschetta as a dip, a tapenade on bread, or with an extra topping like mozzarella or Parmesan cheese. This seasoning also works wonderfully in pasta sauces, on fish or meat, or for making Italian herb butter, spiced mayonnaise, marinades, and more. For a delightful twist, try spreading ready-made Bruschetta on a piece of baguette, topping it with mature or aged cheese, and pop under the grill.
