Description
This Porcini Mushroom Risotto is made with premium Italian Carnaroli rice, renowned for its creamy texture and delicate flavour. Infused with the rich, earthy taste of porcini mushrooms, it makes a perfect accompaniment to meat or fish — or enjoy it on its own with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan for a simple yet satisfying meal.
Items to Add:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 500ml vegetable stock, 100ml white wine, a knob of butter, and finely grated Parmesan cheese (to taste).
Cooking Instructions:
Serves 2. Empty the contents into a pan with the olive oil, vegetable stock, and white wine. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 18–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender. Stir in the butter and Parmesan to taste, and serve immediately.
