Belazu’s Hot Paprika is crafted from Spanish Jeromin peppers, giving it a fiery edge compared to the sweeter Ñora variety. Prepared using traditional methods, the stalks and seeds are removed before the peppers are slowly smoked over Extremadura holly oak and hand-turned for up to fifteen days, creating a deep, smoky heat.
