Sticky Barbecue Chicken Thighs: Serves 4
Put 8 skin on chicken thighs into a dish so that they fit snugly
Mix together the Sweet Mustard Ketchup and 2 tbsp honey and pour over the chicken
Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for anything from 1 to 6 hours
Cook on the barbecue, or in a really hot oven for 20-30 mins or until the chicken is cooked through, turning frequently and basting regularly with the marinade
Serve with a green salad or a potato salad
Ingredients: Mustard (31%) (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Turmeric), Raw Cane Sugar, Wholegrain Mustard (15%) (Cider Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Water, Sea Salt, Black Peppercorns, Allspice, Chillies), Cider Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Mustard Flour (2%), Turmeric, Sea Salt.
Refrigerate after opening.
Shake well before use.
