Description
In the famous region of Crete, Sitia, this olive oil is produced under excellent oil conditions. The procedure of extracting the oil is carried out the same day as the olives are picked, in very low temperatures, under health control supervisors and with the support of modern machinery which results in a product with unique organoleptic characteristics.
