Description
Belazu’s Sweet Paprika stands apart from its hot counterpart thanks to the use of Spanish Ñora peppers instead of the fiery Jeromin variety. Following traditional methods, the stalks and seeds are carefully removed before the peppers are gently smoked over Extremadura holly oak and hand-turned for up to fifteen days.
The result is a rich, smoky flavour that makes an exceptional marinade for meats and vegetables alike – especially when paired with garlic, cumin, and coriander seeds.
