Inspired by an ancient Transylvanian recipe, this fiery sauce is designed to stop blood-suckers in their tracks. Intense garlic heat meets punchy Indian chilli for serious power, while a carefully balanced blend of herbs, caramelised onion and fresh lime juice adds real depth and complexity of flavour.
