with the tapas platter, but also in the dressing of hearty salads and as a special flavour note in sauces and stews.

Great as a dressing for a hearty salad.

Dice bacon and fry, add chopped dates and scatter over warmed pancakes then finish off with a drizzle of vinegar.

Adds a depth of flavour to sauces and stews.
