Apple & Orange Balsam Vinegar

Description

Use in combination with:

• Olive oil infused with Lemon
• Olive oil infused with Orange
• Tuscany Extra virgin olive oil

Drizzle over a rustic salad of cured beef, blue cheese and chicory,

Try with a salad of spinach leaves and parma ham, finish with pine nuts,

Try a few drops in cake recipes,

Great drizzled over fresh fruit such as melon and strawberries,

Serve with mature cheese, cold meats and crusty bread.

*Ingredients: white wine vinegar, apple juice (29%), sugar, flavouring, caramel syrup, antioxidant (sulphite).
