Sundried Tomato Balsam Vinegar

Try with:

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Tuscan Herbs
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Chilli
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Basil
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Garlic

Use to Caramelise red onions and serve with baked camembert

Mix with our Garlic or Basil Oil and drizzle over a simple salad of tomatoes, mozzarella and freshly torn basil (or serve on toasted bread)

Perfect addition to pasta sauces.

*Ingredients: white wine vinegar, sugar, water, Balsamico di Modena Vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must) 5% tomato juice from concentrate, caramel syrup, flavouring, antioxidant (sulphite).
