Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages (Serves 2)
- Cook 8 sausages in the oven until nearly done, then drain off any excess fat.
- Spoon 4 tablespoons of Onion Marmalade over the sausages.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
- Serve the sausages on a bed of creamy mashed potato.
- For a delicious onion gravy, stir a splash of red wine into the pan juices and heat gently before serving.
