BBQ Chicken Satay: Makes 10 skewers
Cut 150g chicken breast into thin strips
In a bowl mix 2 cloves crushed garlic with 1 tsp yellow curry paste, 60ml coconut milk, 2 tsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sugar
Marinade chicken with this mixture for 30 minutes
Thread up strips of chicken on bamboo skewers
Grill in oven or in a big pan
Serve along with peanut coconut sauce.
