- Soak half a teaspoon of the mix with boiling hot water, leave for 10 minutes then stir in mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yoghurt for a delicious healthy dip
- Add coconut milk, beansprouts, mange tout and chicken or prawns for a delicious Thai curry
- Sprinkle over salmon or sea bass, drizzle with a little oil then wrap in tin foil and bake in the oven
- Mix with oil and vinegar for a mouth-watering salad dressing
