Cooking Instructions:
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, then add the risotto mix. Sauté on moderate heat for 1 ½ minutes. Pour in 300ml of boiling water and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add another 350ml of boiling water and continue to stir continuously. The risotto is ready when most of the liquid has been absorbed (approximately 25 minutes in total). Season to taste.
