Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Mustard: Serves 4
In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp garlic powder, ¼ cup paprika, 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 tsp lemon pepper, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, 1½ tsp five-spice powder and ½ tbsp salt, mix well and sprinkle spice mixture over sashimi-grade tuna
Directly grill tuna over hot fire, searing on both sides until ¼” of outside of fish is cooked
Remove fish and cut into ¼” slices. Arrange slices over a plate of shredded carrot and garnish with pickled ginger
Spoon a little wasabi mustard over tuna slices. Serve with wasabi mustard on side.
