A delicious blend of wasabi and mustard, perfect to stir through potatoes, cous cous or rice, add a small dollop on top of tuna or salmon, or serve along with your favourite sushi dish! Contains soybeans.
[li]In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp garlic powder, ¼ cup paprika, 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 tsp lemon pepper, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, 1½ tsp five-spice powder and ½ tbsp salt, mix well and sprinkle spice mixture over 2 pounds sashimi-grade tuna [/li]
[li]Directly grill tuna over hot fire, searing on both sides until ¼” of outside of fish is cooked[/li]
[li]Remove fish and cut into ¼” slices. Arrange slices over a plate of shredded carrot and garnish with pickled ginger[/li]
[li]Spoon a little wasabi mustard over tuna slices. Serve with wasabi mustard on side.[/li]
