Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages: Serves 2
Cook 8 sausages in the oven until almost done. Drain off the fat and put 4 tbsp of Onion Marmalade on top
Finish in the oven for 5 mins; place the sausages on a bed of mashed potato
Stir a little red wine into the pan juices for a brilliant onion gravy.
Ingredients: Onions (46%), Raw Cane Sugar, Citrus Pectin, Spiced Vinegar (Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger), Concentrated Redcurrant Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Concentrated Lemon Juice.
